OUR GOALS 

 

Provide adult, trained mentors to work with school-age students.

 

• Mentees will learn good character traits and values by having a one-to-one
  relationship with an adult friend.

 

• Mentees will interact with non-academic and non-parental persons who are interested in their development. 
   

• Mentors will provide additional support beyond the classroom setting.

 

Provide learning and informational opportunities for mentors to enhance their effectiveness when working with their mentees.

 

• Mentors will learn strategies that will help them address the mentees needs in personal and academic areas. 
   

• Mentors will receive regular information and updates on mentoring related opportunities that will contribute to their success with their mentee
